Not ready for a plan? R25 puts one listing up for 30 days.
It comes down on its own when the 30 days are up, and another R25 puts it straight back. No subscription, nothing recurring.
- What happens after 30 days on Free?
- The listing comes down on its own and returns to your drafts, with its photographs and every enquiry it drew. Nothing is deleted, and the slot is free again for something else. R25 puts it back up for another thirty days whenever you like.
- Is there a commission?
- No. Propalot takes nothing from your sale. The plan is the whole cost, whether the property goes for four hundred thousand or fourteen million.
- Can I cancel?
- Whenever you like. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and the account then returns to Free. Listings over the free allowance stop showing rather than being deleted.
- What about VAT?
- Propalot is not registered for VAT, so none is charged and the figures above are what you pay. Your billing page carries a receipt for every payment.
Payments are taken by PayFast. Propalot never sees your card.
